Dog days of summer..

The summer has gotten off to a hot (and busy) start with work moving along quickly – we’ve turned attention to unit interior finishes, installing flooring, cabinets, and countertops, painting and more.

On the exterior, façade work is moving along with balconies and brick work underway. We’re starting to see the project’s vision come to life!

Up above, landscape work is progressing on our roof areas with solar panel install starting. Neighborhood bees have already found their way to their (future) roof apiary with dozens flying around, enjoying the plantings (and maybe the view too!). It’s been exciting to see some of Liza’s sustainability features take life and we’re very excited to share it with you!!
