Welcome to Eastlake!

We’re so excited to call this neighborhood home and hope you will be too (if you aren’t a resident already!). One of Seattle’s oldest neighborhoods, Eastlake reaps the benefits of proximity to downtown and Lake Union (hence, “Eastlake”), with iconic staples like the largest collection of floating homes in the city, Seward School and Rogers Playfield (part of the Olmsted Brothers’ 1903 Plan), and beloved local businesses.

Liza was born with the vision to marry new, sustainable design into a historic neighborhood, already closely linked to nature and urban connection. We invite you to along as we move towards completion in early 2024. Please join our interest list to receive updates!
